In 2023, I stepped into the role of Creative Studio Manager at Potato Head Bali, a renowned beach club and hotels nestled in the vibrant heart of Seminyak, Bali. Charged with revamping the existing team structure to foster a more conducive working environment, I simultaneously led the execution of diverse creative projects, delivering visual and communication services tailored to the unique context of Bali as our main source of inspiration.
Throughout my tenure, the Creative Team played a pivotal role in enhancing Potato Head's brand recognition, resulting in notable achievements such as inclusion among the World's 50 Best Hotels and attainment of certification as a B-Corp company in 2024. In addition to these accomplishments, I ensured seamless alignment between the operational domain and marketing strategies, guaranteeing that projects were completed in timely manner and in line with designated objectives.
Furthermore, my team led a collaborative design effort for a range of Potato Head Bali programs, including the MERASA Wellness Festival, Headonism, Boiler Room, NTS UK, Rainbow Disco Club, and numerous others, demonstrating Creative ability to drive impactful visual communication and deliver exceptional design outcomes that is aligned with Potato Head as a global brand.
